School History
Deer Creek Elementary School was built in 2019 with remaining funds from the 2015 bond referendum.
The building occupies a 9.9-acre site in southern Fargo and has a preferred capacity of 506 and a maximum capacity of 624.
Deer Creek Elementary School is home to the Deer Creek Cardinals. The school belongs to the Hawk feeder-system; students move on to Heritage Middle School and Horace High School.
The building’s principals have included: Chad Clark (2019 - present).
